Safari 10 0 1
  1. Intelligent Tracking Prevention. Remember when you looked at that green mountain bike online?
  2. Safari 12 includes several new features such as Icons in tabs, Automatic Strong Passwords, and Intelligent Tracking Prevention 2.0. An updated Safari version 12.0.1 was released on October 30, 2018, as part of macOS Mojave 10.14.1 release, and Safari 12.0.2 was released on December 5, 2018, alongside macOS 10.14.2.
  3. I have a iMac running OS X Mavericks (10.9.5) with Safari Version 9.1.3 (9537.86.7.8). I would like to know if there is any way I can update to Safari 10. I know this version is shipped with macOS 10.12 but I'm wondering if there is any possible chance to instal it in my old Maverick.

Safari 10.0.1 Problems

I have been using Safari 10.0.3 on my iMac 15,1 since I installed El Capitan and have loved it. The App Store recently 'upgraded' my iMac to Safari 10.1 and introduced a slew of bugs, the least of which prevents me from dragging object within a browser window. Safari crashes every time I try to drag an object. If I have Safari open while using other apps, my iMac will likely crash - this did not happen prior to Safari 10.1. If I use Safari 10.1 and then quit Safari 10.1 other apps will likely crash. If I do NOT use Safari at all, other apps, that crashed with Safari 10.1 open or after quitting Safari 10.1, DO NOT crash. This is a very clear indication that Safari 10.1 has one or more bugs that crash apps or the iMac.
