Players need to have 108 GB of free space on their disk to download and install the game, which also includes the day one update. The update must be installed completely to access the full game. Now, let us have a look at the steps required for the installation of the game.

Installing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from a disc on PlayStation 4

Day one update package for PlayStation 4 is nearly 47 GB. Players will be able to launch the game at 80% before the disc has finished installing. However, players are recommended to allow the disc to install the game completely before launching it.

After the installation, players will be able to launch the game and play the Boot Camp tutorials. While playing the Boot Camp tutorials, day one update of the game will keep downloading in the background.
