Adobe Lightroom Customer Service
Just two weeks after Canon's cloud service lost some users' images, Adobe has dropped a similar clanger with a Lightroom Mobile update that has wiped some photos and presets. Genuine Adobe emails are always @adobe.com. Adobe Staff will never ask you to share your passwords or sensitive information in the Adobe Community. Adobe employees will always direct you to communicate through an official Adobe channel to set up support sessions. Report abuse or suspicious behavior to: phishing@adobe.com.

- Their customer service is also excellent. The one thing I really dislike and don't agree with is their plans. After you start and annually programme you have to keep it refreshed every year for a whole year instead of like most other companies that after the first year you would be able to cancel it monthly.
